Abcede, Dane Ville Marc
Student, SMAW NCII
I am Dane Ville Marc Abcede, a resident of Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City and a DSWD 4P's beneficiary. I was able to complete the SMAW NCII program with the help and support of SMI and DSWD. Just like my other batch mates in the program, I was able to land a job as a Steelman-Carpenter at Hilmarc's Construction Corporation in Paranaque City, with the assistance of JOBFIT Workforce Solutions. I can really say that my life has greatly changed because of the skill that I have gained and the income that I am now earning, for I am already capable of providing financial support to my Family. Thank you to DSWD, SMI and JOBFIT for the privilege. May God bless you more!

I am Vergie L. Dagoc, a resident of Kibaghot, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental and a DSWD 4P's beneficiary. I am a plain housewife with no source of income, but with the help and support of Skills Mastery Institute (SMI) and DSWD, I was able to qualify and graduate in the Carpentry NCII program and was later assisted by JOBFIT Workforce Solutions through their employment facilitation in landing me a job. Now I am a monitoring staff at Hilmarc's Construction Corporation at Paranaque City, currently earning P480.00/day. I will be forever grateful to DSWD and SMI for the opportunity they have given me, for I am now able to financially support my Family especially my children's education.I am also thankful to JOBFIT for they always monitor and visit us in the site to check if we are comfortable and taken-cared of.
Magsacay, Jobelle M.
Student, Housekeeping NCII
I am Jobelle M. Magsacay, 22 yrs. old, a resident of Agusan, Cagayan de Oro City and a graduate of Housekeeping NCII. With the help of DSWD and SMI, I was able to complete the program which made me qualify to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a laundry Supervisor, with the assistance of JOBFIT Workforce Solutions through their employment facilitation. Thank you so much to DSWD, SMI, and JOBFIT for the opportunity and support. I am now earning 1,800 SR/month in Saudi Arabia which gave me the chance to give back to my Family by supporting them financially.
